Lumipad Drones is a program of Kennemer Foods International, Inc., based in Davao City, Philippines. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Lumipad website, open resource library, drone simulator, build calculator, application forms, and platform tools (the "Service").
When you use the Service, we may record request details including the page or endpoint visited, request method, query string, response status, request timing, referrer, host, IP address, browser user agent string, and whether the request was made over HTTPS.
If you sign in, these request records may be associated with your account. If you are not signed in, we use a first-party visitor cookie to recognise repeat visits from the same browser.
When you apply to a Lumipad cohort, we collect your name, contact information (email or mobile number), location, and application details (motivation, endorsing organisation, deployment plan). This data is used solely to evaluate your application and administer the training program. We do not sell or share application data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We set an HTTP-only first-party cookie containing a random visitor identifier. The cookie does not contain your name, email address, or other personal information. It helps us understand whether the same browser returns and lets us connect request logs for diagnostics, security, and product analytics.
You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking this cookie may reduce our ability to diagnose issues tied to your browser session.

Lumipad does not use third-party advertising cookies. We use Google Cloud infrastructure for hosting and file storage. Font files are loaded from Google Fonts. No personal data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Raw request logs are generally retained for 90 to 180 days. Visitor aggregate records may be retained for up to two years so we can understand returning usage patterns. Application records are retained for the duration of the relevant cohort cycle and for up to two years afterwards. Error and security records may be retained until reviewed or resolved, or longer when required for legal, security, or audit reasons.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you submitted an application and wish to withdraw it, let us know and we will remove your application data. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
