By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
"Lumipad," "we," and "us" refer to Lumipad Drones, a program of Kennemer Foods International, Inc., based in Davao City, Philippines. "You" and "your" refer to you, the person accessing the Service.
Plans, parts lists, wiring diagrams, curriculum materials, and other resources published in the Lumipad open library are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC-BY-SA 4.0) licence unless stated otherwise on the individual resource page. You are free to share, adapt, and build upon this material for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit and distribute your contributions under the same licence.
All other content on the Service — including page design, branding, logos, the Lumipad name, and original editorial text — is the intellectual property of Kennemer Foods International, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
The drone simulator, build calculator, comparison tool, and recommendation tool are provided free of charge for educational and training purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that simulation physics, calculator outputs, or recommendations will match real-world performance. You assume all risk when using these tools to inform purchasing or building decisions.
When you submit an application to a Lumipad cohort, you provide personal information (name, contact details, location, motivation). We use this data solely to evaluate your application and administer the training program. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
The Service uses a first-party HTTP-only cookie containing a random visitor identifier for analytics and diagnostics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumipad Drones and Kennemer Foods International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service (which is zero for all free tools and resources).
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Davao City, Philippines.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
